"The hotel is nice but needs a bit of an update. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. They could stand to be replaced. They also charge for any extra bedding. Breakfast is brought to you but it could be better quality. The hotel, the room, the pool were all nice and clean. It just could stand for some more attention and care for the guests. "

"Everything was great overall, but the check-in was 30 minutes late. Also, there is no hairdryer in the room; you have to pick it up at the reception, and they only allow you to use it for 40 minutes."

"Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations."

"Beach across street was super nice, safe and very convenient area, staff was friendly and food was good for the price we paid. Bought half board, but when we checked in was told it wasn’t on the system, we were allowed to have dinner, but it took 3 days to have our name on the list, kind of embarrassing. 2 of the 3 pools including the kids pool was very dirty the last 2 days of our stay. Housekeeping made us very special decorating our room, very sweet, special thanks to Mayane. I would go back for sure, but would not buy half board included. "
