nice Hotel and value for money. Stay was good and comfortable, The staff are very friendly, I am gonna be coming back sooner for sure .

Very poor
The hotel is not in working conditions. There is no restaurant to serve. Food is to be ordered from local restaurants & it is served in plastic bags. Horrible condition & wastage of money

It was a terrible experience and will not recommend anyone this hotel. Dont undersatdn how did it get 4 stars. I wont even give 0.4 stars

Expedia makes false promises
I opted for a 5 star hotel and what I got was a sad excuse of a hotel barely more than 1 star... all restaurants closed , property under renovation, water filled carpets, 3-4 dishes in breakfast..
Please do not advertise false deals...this was my last booking with Expedia.

Worst 5 star hotel ever experienced
Worst experience in any 5 star property till today. I do not know why Hotels.com is selling rooms of this hotel.
No cleanlyness, smell in the rooms, no hot water in bathroom, no room freshner in the hotel, telephones are not working at all, power goes frequently and you have to live in the dark for more than 15 minutes each time power goes, lifts dont work most of the time.
Worst breakfast I have ever had in a 5 star hotel. They dont have table salt also to serve you.
Oops my god, it all happened in one night with us and surprisingly we survived.
NEVER GO THIS HOTEL PLEASE.

Shocking
I arrived to a hotel that was nothing like any photos had no bar, the place was an hour and a half out of Mumbai. They had the wrong booking and an entire floor of it was on fire. The hotel manager was on her own and did her best to assist me but it was frankly shocking. I refused to check in (another reason being, the booking was wrong and I was going to be kicked out the following day anyway) ... I'm still struggling to get my money back

Valitettavasti hotelli oli tyypillisesti intialainen, huonolla tavalla. Mikään ei toiminut kunnolla ja varsinkin asioitten korjaus kesti tuskastuttavan kauan tai sitä ei tapahtunut ollenkaan , kuten esim. huoneen suihku. Hotelli sijaitsee kukkulalla keskellä Mumbaita, mutta tie sinne on erittäin huonokuntoinen ja todella masentavien maisemien kautta. Ainakin kolme kilometriä ilman mitään "pysyvää" asutusta. Hotellissa ei tarjota alkoholia ja lähimpiin muihin ruokapaikkoihin oli varmaan neljä kilometriä. Kymmeniltä takseilta kysyttäessä kukaan ei tiennyt hotellia tai missä se on.Valitettavasti en uskalla suositella hotellia oikeastaan kenellekään, jollei halua extreme intialaista kokemusta, ja maksaa siitä ylihintaa.

The most horrible experience that you can imagine
The most horrible experience that you can imagine. Right from the check-in to check-out, it was really very poor service. We reached the hotel at 10PM and it took 4 hours to check-in . The staff was completely clueless and helpless. No one from the management was to be seen. The nightmare continued after check-in as the room was non-functional - AC not working, toilet flush not working, shower is only a trickle , kettle doe snot work and so on.
No one picks up the phone at the reception. You are completely helpless and want to run away from this place at the first opportunity and that is what we did even though we paid online for 3 nights
Almost every guest was screaming at the staff at the reception but what can the staff do .. they have no clue how to run a hotel or what is the meaning of customer servive

DISASTER- AVOID AT ANY COST
Nothing works in the hotel - the showers don't, the net does not ,the TV in my rom did not. N despite bringing this to the attention of the staff nobody could do anything. N I found that everyone staying there was having similar problems

dont ever stay at this place
awful stay from the moment I arrived, room not ready (this as at midnight) and staff not sure when, construction in some rooms still incomplete, no internet, no cars available in the morning . So all in all the worst experience I have ever had and the staff not able to respond honestly. I was told wait 5mins whilst room is being made ready and 2 hours later it was still 5 mins, had I had other options I would have left immediately

Stay here if you want food poisoning. Food and hygeine here is at a low level, it is not a 3 star at all, more like 1 star at best. The safe in the room did not work, the TV did not work, the electricity was intermittent on some days, need I say more.
The staff, particularly the duty manager are ignorant. I checked out early and had ot relocate to another hotel due to the lousy food qaulity and cleanliness primarily.

Palms Hotel tower and villas/ Mumbai
Palms Hotell Tower and Villas, er ikke det hotellet som vises på bildene under Hotels.com. Det er nabohotellet, som ligger 1 km unna, men med samme eiere. Palms hotel tower and villas er opprinnelig et gammelt erverdig hotell fra kolonitiden. De røde plysjmøblene fra den gang, brukes ennå. Hotellet bar preg av forfall, det var mugg overalt, og hotellet var under restaurering. Jeg bestilte hotellet pga bassenget. Det var ingen solsenger, og arbeiderne som jobbet på taket glante ned. Bygningsmateriale blåste også ned i svømmebassenget. Inngangspartiet var også fullt med bygningsmaterialer og rot. Hotellet lå en halv time fra kjørbar vei. Det var ingen butikker i nærheten. Hotellet var en stor skuffelse, og jeg følte meg lurt.
