気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I checked into hotel zillion executive on December 31st, 2024. Upon walking into the room I noticed that the bathroom ceiling was leaking and we informed the employees who said that there was nothing they could do. We accepted this. We removed the bed sheet from the bed and immediately a bed bug was apparent. We informed the staff and they said they would clean the room, But we felt very uncomfortable given the other conditions (humid and hot air, windowless room, cracking walls) and knew the problem was not so easily addressed by a simple cleaning. We told the staff we were leaving and one member aggressively asked if we were threatening him. The hotel refused to process a refund in the moment. It was completely terrible conditions and terrible service.
