「My three days attending a conference so I spent not much time at the VRBO. What I really appreciated were the on site W/D, hot water, easy to regulate AC/heat and TV. I'm practical and in a hurry so these things matter to me! One note. If you arrive late after dark, the metal numbers for the key access are silver and difficult to see with bright phone flashlight reflection. The property folks were immediate in response. I got it on third try! 」

「Let's start with the most important question: would I rent this again? YES!!! Loved it. Great location, easy to get to everything. The mattress was the right firmness for me and I slept well. The place was super clean. Lots of privacy. Lots of storage with the dresser and walk-in closet. Never a problem with the wifi. Could not have been happier. I've stayed at a number of Vrbo rentals and this is one of the best. 」

「This is a cute and clever property in the heart of the city, perfect for the exploration of Tucson. We very much enjoyed it. Several observations: (1) Security is a must; this is not a "sketchy" neighborhood, but it is clear that neighbors invest in security. The locks to enter Casa are not easy to manipulate, especially when it is dark. (2) Several dishes stacked in the cupboard were frankly dirty; we had to rewash many. (3) There were no facial tissues but one roll of TP; we purchased more....

「Beautiful property and views of the mountains and valley. Everything was very clean and well supplied with comfortable furnishings. Loved the extra touches of the candies and refreshments in the refrigerator it was extra special and very much appreciated!!! Would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again myself in the future. Also enjoyed the stained glass instructions, and learning more about weaving from the hosts. 」

「This unit is tucked away on the exterior of the complex, leaving amazing views of the desert and Catalina mountains. We liked the studio-style layout of the unit. The unit is very clean, but very sparsely equipped and some of the furniture is falling apart. We had to put pillows on the dining chairs to fill in the divots in the seat cushions. The balcony is not furnished as in the photo. Instead there is a broken chair and a chez lounge out there. Overall, it suited our purpose, but if you're...

「Studio was a comfortable stay. New to the area, & was not aware of location until we arrived. We have a son in the area who was worried for our safety, but we didn’t experience any troubles. Reason for his concern: Homeless activity was much more of a concern a few months back, but several businesses closed down & area has seen a shift in some of the homeless population. 「The owner was super nice to work with. The location was in a safe, quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. The property was clean and spacious. Loved the pool and hot tub. Close to dining, shopping and sightseeing.」

「Spent a long weekend here and loved the close proximity to black crown coffee and other restaurants. Neighborhood felt safe and was relatively quiet aside from the neighbors dog barking. My only complaint is the thermostat schedule. It's so random and would turn the heat off in the middle of the night which was really frustrating because we'd wake up cold. Overall I would definitely stay here again. 」
