「Great stay. Most important: it was clean, quiet, comfortable, cute decor and cozy. Have two college age kds who stay up way too late, so needed two bedrooms and paying for two hotel rooms was not desirable. This worked perfect! Would have given excellent rating but little work needs to be done on place - closet door fell of track, soap dospenser about to fall off wall. Just minor things. 「The view is the only thing about this place that we can recommend. Many things were broken or not able to be found, from the broken outside closet where the trash was kept, to windows that didn't open and locks that didn't lock, to clunking fans and flashing bathroom lights and worn out sockets. The place hasn't been updated for years and fully shows it. Not to mention that we were disappointed with the unapologetic and sometimes belated responses from the realtor who manages the place. 「We came to stay as a group of 6 adults and 3 children for a weekend of skiing and thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home for the weekend. The house was spacious but cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed! The house just minutes from Mt Sunapee, Our only complaint is that the downstairs bedroom got quite hot, and that the boiler pipes were a bit noisy if downstairs. We would definitely stay here again though - the kids loved it.」
