We had a car breakdown on the Lofotes and therefore had to delay some hotels as the car needed to be repaired two days long. We called the hotel, explained our situation and even they had enough free rooms at the delayed day, they did not want to give us a room for free as the room was already paid before. This is no service at all, other hotels helped us in that situation and delayrd our stays without hesitating or additional costs. So therefore, this arrogant service and the hotel get 1 Star (should be 0).
I can not tell anything about the hotel building and its rooms as we did not stay there after this horrible experience.
