「The owners were very nice and the food was excellent. The room was nice however we were disappointed with the bathroom. We expected a jacuzzi tub, but the jets didn’t work in the tub. There was no shower head, only a hand-held faucet, plus there was no shower enclosure. Made it a challenge to wash without creating a mess all over the bathroom. 」

「Tipical Italian hotel and service, it was not really good stay at this hotel. Breakfast was not enjoy at all, and I booked junior suit, but just like normal room, Shower room was like dog cage, I couldn't turn my body in the room, But room was clean. I will not stay this hotel at all, thank you Italian.」

「Excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice free continental breakfast in the morning in a very pleasant breakfast room. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,and the next time I'm in Genoa, this is were I will be staying again.」

「De la habitación no me puedo quejar porque estaba en perfectas condiciones, pero no dispone de baño y este era compartido con otra habitación. No entiendo la denominación de Hotel cuando estaríamos hablando de cinco habitaciones de un antiguo piso, situado en un bloque de oficinas y pisos particulares. No dispone de recepciónista como tal, sinó que has de concretar la hora en la que vas a llegar para que te pueda atender y poco más. La ubicación del “Hotel” es bastante buena y tranquila.」

「Lovely overnight stay in an area just outside city centre by a few kilometres. Still easy to get to and had a local feel with many workers and families coming together under the arcades. Nice to have breakfast included in price. Would recommend the bed to any traveller!」

「ホテルは清潔。WIFIも普通につながります。ビジネスで使用しましたが、非常に快適でした。部屋での仕事に疲れたら、ロビーのバーでコーヒー・お酒を気軽に楽しめます。米系のホテルなどに比べて、朝食のレベルなどもお値打ち感があります。英語も問題なく通じます。ただし、ツアー客の団体とかち合ったときは、ロビーや朝食がざわついています。」
