The Space:
This recently updated 1,500 sq ft of space in the ever-so-charming Le Plateau area offers a very comfortable stay for families or groups.

There are 4 bedrooms in the apartment, all on the same level. There is also a twin-sized floor mattress that can be placed on top of the sofa bed (futon) for extra cushioned comfort or somewhere in the third bedroom for another sleeper. The place can accommodate 15 guests:

Bedroom 1 - 2 Queen + 1 Sofa bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 Double beds
Bedroom 3 - 1 Double bed (+ 1 twin floor mattress)
Bedroom 4 - 1 Queen bed
Common Space - 2 sofas (not sofa beds)

**Please let us know if you plan to use the futon and/or the twin floor mattress so we can provide extra bed sheets.**

- Luminous and spacious open-plan living area with beautiful hardwood flooring - a nice spot for downtime moments at home.

- A long dining table that seats 10 to 12 plus a breakfast bar with 3 stools for at-home dining.

- A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances to prepare meals and the essential extras like a coffee maker and toaster for the mornings and a dishwasher for easy clean up.

- Wi-Fi (400 Mbps), Smart TV, bed linens & towels are provided complimentary during your stay, of course.

The LE PLATEAU neighborhood has a wonderful ambiance, is family-friendly, and is one of the trendiest areas of Montreal. You’ll be in the center of it all, surrounded by heaps of charm and right on Mont-Royal Avenue and walking distance to Saint-Denis Street and Saint-Laurent Blvd, all famous destination streets lined with casual cafes, laid-back eateries, lively bars, galleries, theaters, shops, and boutiques.

Plus, in summer, with the “pedestrian-only” streets in Montreal, Mont-Royal gets closed to traffic to become a long linear park, perfect for lazy strolls, rest stops, eating, drinking, shopping and fun times with friends and family!

PARKING: If you want to park your car on the street, please pay attention to the signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues such as Ave Mont-Royal. Most secondary streets in the area are reserved for permit holders only. To help us ensure a good relationship with our community and monitor your compliance with our house rules, this home is equipped with MINUT, a noise, occupancy and smoke sensor approved by Airbnb.

There is one straight flight of stairs to the apartment. Please be careful, especially with little ones.

The apartment is equipped with an air exchange system & AC. There is no need to open the windows.

There is no AC available during winter months.

GST and QST are included in the price. For business travelers, we can provide an invoice for tax deductions.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

We provide some essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo. If you run out, feel free to check the closet for more of what you need. If not there, then you'll need to purchase what you need. There’s a pharmacy one block east (Jean Coutu).

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please take note that candles, incense or any other burnable object with flames inside the property are strictly prohibited.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. (There is a cigarette smoke detector in the unit)
- Perfect for bachelor/bachelorette groups! We kindly ask to respect the other guests in the building, with no excessive noise after 10 pm. Amazing restaurants and clubs are nearby to continue your celebrations.
- In the event of excessive noise, power to the unit will be shut off.
- Please do not tamper with or disconnect any smoke detectors or noise devices.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- You might be required to provide a government ID the day you will be checking in.
- Pets may be allowed with a prior request, they are not allowed to climb on the chair or beds. No pet fees apply, but if additional cleaning is needed, you will be required to pay an additional fee. Aggressive or dangerous animals are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- No shoes can be worn inside on hardwood floors.
- Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties or consequences that result from the guest's actions or violations of the house rules.

Si notre première nuit n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes, notre séjour global a été très agréable. Pablo a été un hôte attentif et réactif et a su répondre rapidement aux désagréments de notre arrivée (manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, douche brisée, porte degondee, fenêtre sans stores, stationnement à partager). Tout a été réglé dans les 24h!Ll’emplacement est idéal.

Location! Location! Location!
You simply cannot beat the location of this unit. It is right on Mont Royal and a few blocks from the metro. It's big and clean and relatively quiet given it's proximity to the busy street (earplugs also helped). We had an issue finding it as the location given on the VRBO app led us to the wrong address (perhaps a corporate address instead of the unit). Luckily, the text communication with the host is excellent so we were able to find the place. We were also surprised at some of wear and tear in the apartment as this is clearly a place that has been well loved and used. Again, the host communication was very good in helping us to resolve some of the issues that we had with the shower and the bathroom door. It was very nice to have 4 bedrooms to be able to have our group in one apartment.

Amazing stay!
Great location and great apartment. Right by the metro station and a lively street (quiet at night though). Fully equipped to make meals at home. Our only complaint was the checkin process. We had been wondering around for 40 minutes before given the proper address to check into. Other than this one hiccup, I have only amazing things to say about our stay.

Great Property and Location
The unit was exactly as described. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children. We never felt crowded as there was plenty of room. Mont Royal is a pedestrian only street and there is a bar/restaurant in the building next door which is open until 3am Sunday morning. Street noise was disturbing in only the front bedroom Satruday night to Sunday morning. Street noise was not heard anywhere else in the unit. The Metro, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are all a short walk from the unit. We drove to Montreal and found that Google maps directed us to the unit via St Hubert Street which is blocked at Mont Royal. Despite being across the street and able to see the unit we could not access it with our vehicles. It took some time to figure out how to access the alley behind the unit with our vehicles so that we could unload them. We parked vehicles for the week at the Olympic Stadium which was easy to drive to and close to a Metro stop, making the return to the unit easy. This parking was very affordable, however, one car was vandalized. Overall this was a great unit and location. Property management was easy to contact and very responsive.

What a Location!!!
We booked this property mainly because of its size (4 bedroom) and close proximity to the subway. We didn’t realize it was right in the middle of an amazing hub of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Also, it was literally on top of Starbucks. There was also a great little ice cream shop across the street. This location was phenomenal!!! In spite of being in the middle of all of this, it was very quiet and peaceful at night. If you ever need to stay in Montreal, this is THE place to be. Very clean. I had to communicate with the owner, and he was very quick to respond. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very pleasant stay
The location was convenient to the metro. Parking was a bit of a challenge but once we secured a parking space we just used public transportation and walked. The host was very responsive to any issues we had. Everything in the apartment seemed clean.

Lots of space in great location!
This was a great property in the heart of Plateau Mont Royal! It is 4 bedrooms well spread out with each room having at least 1 queen bed. The area is full of interesting shops and great restaurants and the apartment is only 1 block from the Metro. The apartment was quiet and clean and very comfortable. it had a full kitchen and dishwasher and beautiful bathrooms. The host was very responsive to the few issues we had.
