「Location was perfectly situated between Cannery Row and Fisherman’s Wharf. Staff was welcoming and helpful in suggestions for around town. Room with an Ocean view was more than a view - it hovered over the water and the crashing waves were soothing! We will definitely be back! 」

「Amazing concierge services. We took a day long road trip to this hotel and their concierge desk stayed connected with us throughout the day making sure our room is set to our expectations. I had preordered flowers to be delivered to our hotel but had used a wrong address and concierge managed to have it fixed. The only item that raised my eyebrows was cost of valet parking as they don’t have self parking but the valet team does an amazing job. 」

「We traveled with our three young children (5,8,9). The staff was kind, and helpful when asked questions. However, there were a few opportunities for improvement: towels were always out at the pool, the google cast was down however that was Not communicated at check in so we wasted time trying over and over to connect, the daily service to the room did not make the beds or clean up dirty/used dishes/ replenish with fresh dishes, and for a hotel near the beach there are not near enough hooks for...

「The room was really nice and updated compared to the look of the outside of the hotel. Really clean and the front desk attendant answered all my questions. This a really convenient location as the beach is right across the street and we were wven able to take a 15 minute walk to get to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.」
