「The house was beautifully kept and clean. It was well supplied with everything we needed. The one thing that was a bit of a suprise was the no Wifi/ phone service at the house and throughout the area. A little unnerving in that if we had an emergency and/or of family need to reach us. Once we got over the intial surprise then we were able to appreciate the time to unwind, seperate from the social media and decompress. Spend real quality time with the family. 」

「The house was better than we expected. I thought it was a house just off the road but wasn't expecting it to be 1.4 miles into the woods. But that was the BEST part for us as a family. 「The lodge is designed for living on multiple levels with several bedrooms and different bed configurations. This allowed us to sleep 15 (children and adults) in ways that suited everyone's needs. The one bedroom listed with two bunk beds actually has one bunk bed (and double) but we were able to make do with a blow up mattress. 「Myself and some friends stayed at Nickey's Nest for the Labor Day holiday. The home was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the backyard fire pit and the front porch for relaxing and spending time with friends. The location was perfect for hiking Ricketts Glen and Worlds End parks.
