The house is clean, well appointed and is situated in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the city and ocean. 「The apartment was great - we enjoyd staying in it. The location was excellent for us: nice walking distance to the center of Menton and the train station, several grocery stores near by and a lovely view to the Mediterranian. When entering the apartment the first impression was a bit old-fashioned (after staying in modern hotels), but everything was clean and worked well and after a few days we felt home and enjoyed this authentic French apartment a lot. 「Déjà l'emplacement est idéal, Monaco étant sur le trottoir d'en face. Un restaurant italien de qualité à 50m et l'arrêt de bus à 150m (moyen de transport à privilégier en période caniculaire vu le relief monégasque. Très bel appartement, spacieux, meublé et décoré avec goût, très bien équipé, cuisine moderne très fonctionnelle, très belle salle de bain, climatisation dans la salle de vie et la chambre double, tout à fait capable de rafraichir tout l'appartement en 24h.
