Guest Access:
Parking is in the back of the house. You’ll have your own parking spot back here (1/unit) and the entrance to this unit is located around the back of the house. There will be a code lock on the door to get in!
The Neighborhood:
Oakleigh is one of the most sought after areas in Mobile - beautiful live oaks everywhere! Washington square park close by! Historic Oakleigh House just around the corner. The Hummingbird Way oyster bar 1 block away! One of the best parts about this place is the location for sure!
You’ll be staying at a gorgeous 115 year old home! Tall ceilings, wood floors, and the character you can expect with such an old girl.
We have completely updated the inside to make it a great spot for guests!
The location might be the best part about this place though - beautiful live oaks, just a block from the OakLeigh house, 5 min from downtown Mobile and just 5 min from the tunnel (to get to beaches, Fairhope, and the other side of the bay).
AND BEST OF ALL - only a short walk from the Mardi Gras Parade Route!!!!
This is your spot for a great time in a gorgeous old Mobile home!
Getting Around:
Parking for 1 car is available on the property, but street parking is perfectly fine. We'd ask that you'd be respectful of our neighbors and try not to park in front of their houses - especially the Yellow House next door (they rely on street parking for their vehicles)
Other Things to Note:
Please don’t allow pets on the furniture. The neighborhood is wonderful to take your dog with you, but if you must leave your pet - please kennel them in a tiled floor area.
This unit is in a triplex - it has its own entrance and none of the spaces (besides the parking in the back and porch in the front) are shared. If you have more people and would like to book more than one of these units at the same location - contact me and we might be able to work out a better deal for booking more than one unit. (I am not allowed to post a link for the other units here - so message me and I can share the link with you).
