"Hotel limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son pequeñas si lo comparamos con el estándar occidental, pero funcionales y bien organizadas. La ubicación es buena, aunque la caminata hasta la estación de metro (dependiendo de tu paso) toma entre 10 y 15 minutos… y si estás cansado, puede sentirse eterna. Aun así, es una opción práctica y confiable para quedarse en Shinjuku."

"Two adults two teens stayed in a Quad room (2 singles, teens on bench seating) in Jan 2025 for 4 nights. To make the compact room work with kids sleeping on the benches we pushed the dining table to the foot of the single beds, made it much more spacious. Hotel feels new and immaculately clean. We had our own washer dryer in our bathroom, so convenient! Dryer works fine if don't overload machine (about half full). Hotel is short walk from Nishi Shinjuku Gochome subway station on Oedo Line. We got lost in Shinjuku Station EVERY TIME we were in there so eventually avoided it and used subway to change stations literally anywhere else. Subway is frequent, fast and so convenient. We opted not to get hotel breakfast (limited packaged options that you take back to your room?) and instead ate breakfast at Denny's overlooking Chuo Park every morning - cheap and tasty with heaps of options. Hotel walkable to the park and Metropolitan Government Building. Front desk staff had limited English but very polite. Luggage forwarding to hotels or airport by "Airporter" service booked and paid online (not at front desk) then just leave luggage at front desk. Worked great, picked up at Narita airport. We enjoyed this hotel and convenience of subway station so close and would happily stay here again."

"Excellent location, one minute walk to the subway entrance. The kitchen and in room washer and dryer is a plus. Good selections for the breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. Will stay here next time when come to Tokyo."

"The staff was very helpful. Especially Guest Relations spoke English. It helps foreigners navigate. Har for us when there is a language barrier. Also suggestion, if trying to accommodate foreign busy, please have English TV channels other than CNN, as I am on vacation and want to relax not stress about the world. By asking your GS we were able to have a very nice dinner, since we had no clue as to where to go. "
