Two kayaks, two paddleboards, and two lifejackets are provided for your group's watery excursions. The large backyard and furnished deck set the stage for outdoor living, with a wood-burning firepit in the yard for s'mores and starlight gatherings. The home's ideal central location leaves you within easy reach of groceries, local restaurants, breweries, and the Anna Point Marina.

Bright and inviting, the main floor features updated flooring, vaulted ceilings, strong natural lighting, and an open layout designed to inspire group get-togethers. A plush sectional and smart TV set welcome family downtime. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances is equipped for easy at-home meal prep. You'll have your choice of dining venues between the indoor and outdoor tables. Central air-conditioning provides year-round comfort. Free. WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
