The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Things to note:
- Each guest must have a mobile phone, download the Latch app, and create an account in order to access the building and apartment doors
- AC is controlled by a wall unit in the living area. Radiant floor heating is controlled by a thermostat which can be programmed up to 75 degrees
- A privacy-safe noise & smoke monitor is used in the apartment. It’s camera-free and does not record any sound or listen to what anyone says or does, it simply tracks sound levels in the home. The device may not be removed and is a requirement in order for us to remain respectful tenants and neighbors at all times.

Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a confirmation in 5-10 minutes. - If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration
