「The pod is in an amazing location but unfortunately needs a lot of work to make it worth the money! The pod is located down a driveway with no direction whatsoever, luckily a gentleman was there to show us where to go. A lot of groundwork going on which made it very dirty with uneven ground. The steps up to the pod were rotten. The toilet/shower door wouldn’t close as the hinges were bent. There isn’t much privacy in the toilet a small curtain or blind wouldn’t go a miss. It needs a good clean...

「It was a lovely location and we loved how unusal the property was. However, the kitchen equipment was poor. We couldnt cook a breakfast as there was only a wok (which stuck badly) and a tiny saucepan. There was a log burner but no wood supplied which was a shame and only half a loo roll supplied for a two night stay. Would this put us off. No, we would just bring our own utensils next time. 」

We chose a seaview room, and waking up to the view of South Beach and Caldey Island was amazing, especially as we were lucky to have a sunny few days, despite it being very cold. The hotel was great, from the friendly, helpful staff to the comfort and stylish decor of the public areas. 「The booking through Hotels.com was really simple. The price I paid was great and it was much cheaper than that advertised for the same room on bookings.com We had a family room, which had two rooms joining so the privacy between adults and children was excellent. The children had a single bed each (we have a 13 year old and a 6 ysar old). We had a bathroom with toilet and shower. It was very quiet in our room and you could barely hear the comings and goings of other guests or street traffic....
