"From check-in to check-out, our stay was unexpectedly extraordinary and efficient. The location on the outskirts of Prague may seem to be out of the way but the 2-3 minute walk to the train station makes central Prague only a 15 minute ride away. (We didn't even hear the trains in our rooms.) It also makes the price unbeatable. Our two bedroom suite (three beds with fans) was clean and comfortable. "The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "

TV in room was tiny No air con and was extremely hot during night Fan was provided but too loud to have on at night pool needed cleaned General condition of outdoor seating , benches etc where in need of repair."

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."

"The room was listed with A/C and it was my main reason to book it. But it was not any A/C. We could not sleep well during hot summer night. We slept with open windows. It was loud music from nearest night club and someone was smoking and talking in front of our window. I would never stay at the place ever again."
