「Communication with owner was outstanding. Updates were very nice. Location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. The only thing that we missed, was having a TV in the bedroom. Other than that we had a good time.」

「Property seems to be “mixed use” apartment complex. Some set up as hotel-like short term units and other for long term renters. (maybe section 8 tenants). The unit was as described. Clean and comfortable. Walking to and from the car was a bit anxiety provoking marijuana smoke every where and old unfinished portions of cigars and cigarette butts ever where.」

「There were 9 adults and 1 baby in our group and the property worked out great for us. The owners had great communication and everything about the home came as advertised. Plenty of room, very clean, and some nice extra touches. We recommend and would stay here again.」

「Great 3 Bedroom house with large open kitchen/living room/dining room. Went with my Bro and Mom who love horses which delightfully we could see from the living room and outdoor dining table! Kristiana was lovely and found time for us even while competing (and winning!) in the local Horse show. Gorgeous neighborhood close to town and local winery's. Can't wait to go back! 「We were traveling to the area for an AKC event, and stayed for three nights prior to Thanksgiving. Matt's house was the perfect home base location! Loved the moutain setting while still being convenient to the places we need to travel to. House was beautiful and clean, and we loved watching the deer roam the property. Second time staying at one of Matt's properties, and neither disappointed!」

「We have been staying here once a year since Covid and it's still our favorite local trip. We don't bring a lot of people, but still appreciate the size of the house. The indoor pool and spa are still our favorite parts of the house. Having the brewery next door is really nice. I appreciate that I can bring my dogs. Each room was stunning and comfortable for our 18 total guests. And the location was fantastic too! We were a 2 min drive to Twin Oaks Winery and there is a brewery right next door too! 10/10 and can’t wait to visit again!」

「This house is amazing as is the property. We were very comfortable here. Very peaceful. My only issue was the $$$ cleaning fee. The pots had to be washed due to cob webs. We had to strip the beds and pile the towels, take all the garbage out to the cans and load the dishwasher. What exactly does the $ fee cover?」
