「Generally a good experience, but with reservations. A hotel of character, much nicer than bland city tower blocks, but ready for overall refurbishment. Very un-green: no double glazing anywhere I saw. Room cleaning skimpy - glass shelf over sink always left unwiped, tea provisions not topped up adequately, bath not wiped round. 「I’ve stayed here each year for the past 7 years. Great value for money, no frills , basic hotel . Always clean and the rooms are warm .」

「Excellent Hotel and the Food was Amazing .Staff were fabulous .Breakfast was good as well. However we had a young girl at breakfast who didn’t look up to greet us.we had to ask where we were seated. She never returned to see if we needed more coffee! More training needed. Not a front person. The young girls we had for check in and our evening were Amazing . 」
