Don't stay here
It isn't what it says. It's not an apartment, it's a room in someone's house that they've thrown a door on. When we saw what they were charging for this and that it was a deceptive description, we messaged the host. Her reply was simply "....." literally. Rather than stay here, we stayed at a hotel. Don't bother.

The space/room/neighborhood is pretty ghetto. Still has popcorn ceilings. My wife didn't feel safe. Ended up going to a hotel. Maybe it's ok if you're in your 20s.

Hurricanes Baseball
We were here to watch the Hurricanes baseball games and had a pleasant stay. Unit is small but we were only there to sleep. Bed was comfortable.

Perfect
Just perfect for the one night stay I needed before my cruise. It was close to the airport and cruise terminal. The only issue we had was we could not watch tv. I contacted Maria and she immediately told me that she would have to contact the cable company, but it was late and after hours. I didn't mind not having tv because we had tablets and cell phones. Room was exactly as described, check in was easy, all details provided. Quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest is a little better "sidewalk" to the room door because we were pulling wheeled luggage and it was a little struggle and a little more lighting due to us arriving after dark and having to use our cell phone lights to see. Minor adjustments that did not bother us (only suggesting for future guests) but this was perfect and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect place to explore Little Havana
We wanted to check out Little Havana and this was the perfect place to do it. Downtown is short, lovely walk through a well maintained park and historical landmarks. Little Havana has some great Cuban restaurants and shops.

Terrible.. DO NOT STAY HERE - no working toilet
This was my very worst experience with a home stay. The floors were dirty and there was no working toilet. There was a sign by the toilet that said do not put anything INCLUDING toilet paper in the toilet, and there is a good reason for the sign, the toilet cannot flush ANYTHING not liquid. I ended up leaving as soon as I realized this. The hosts response was “sorry for your trouble”. I will never use VRBO again!

Little Havana
Very satisfied with our stay. Maria had the unit clean and welcoming as soon as we got in. And when I needed to extend my stay she was as more than accommodating. This will most definitely be where we will continue to book for our Miami visits 😁

Quick stay
I could only give this property 2 stars at most. The property manager was very friendly. But the bed was so uncomfortable and it was really small. 2 people can't fit in it without their feet hanging off the bed. The central air system is only controlled by the main property that it is attached to (where the property manager lives) so was not able to get any air flow in the room unless it kicked on in the main house. A ceiling fan will really help with this property. Very noisy when people in the main house move around or make noise. Could hear them flushing the toilet and talking. The location is really good because it is 6 miles away from downtown Miami and really close the Miami airport.

Property had all the basic amentities you'd need for a short stay and was quite cozy. The room was a bit cold on arrival and no way to manually adjust. The instructions on how to get to the house and access were very detailed and everything was very clearly stated.
