This hotel is a self check in hotel in the heart of South Beach, the rooms are spacious, clean and safe. The hotel is right in the middle of Collins Ave, merely 2 minutes away from ocean drive. The hotel is located near vibrant bars and restaurants. The bathroom was a touch dated, but everything worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The cleaning staff were very good and made the room and hotel feel and look very clean. The hotel is in perfect location for a south beach trip and me and my partner absolutely loved Miami and this hotel was perfect location and fitted our needs completely. Thank-you for a great stay!

Good property with great location for walking. Check in was seamless and the agent was reachable quite easily. Although there isn’t daily room service, you can get housekeeping on request. Shopping is close by and the beach is in walking distance. The central air conditioning was not working and the portable was noisy which was something to get accustomed to, especially when it’s time to sleep at time. The exhaust for the portable was through a window which doesn’t close completely at night, allowing light from the opposite building to come in directly to the head of the bed. These are minor issues I faced but overall, great property and great staff.

The proprty managers clearly do not work this site full time, this site is not staffed. You receive a code to the lobby and a code to your door. No one is onsite or reachable by phone. Website is not helpful. However, the housekeeper was super nice, kind and cleaned decently. Baseboards are dirty. Shower was interesting to use. No instructions or guide book available. We ended up helping another guest who was stranded due to not receiving their door code and they were from out of the USA. The area is safe. Wakeable to dining, adventures, the beach and food. Room and common area look better online than in person. The beds are super hard. Property is not well maintained. A hearing aide, bracelet were left in the room. As well as a drawer filled with packing material. Also, the ring camera on the outside of each guest door covers the peephole so if someone knocked you would not know who was there.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was nice not having to talk to a person to check in and check out, that made it more efficient than traditional hotels. I loved how the door automatically locked when you left or entered the room. I loved that there was a roku tv with all the essential apps many people watch shows and movies on today and I also loved that there was a mini fridge. One thing I feel like could’ve been a little bit better was the cleanliness of the floor in the bathroom, but other than that, again, I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.

There is no front desk. the communication is impossible. They send 1000 emails for check in, i do not check my email often, I have travel a lot and stayed at many hotels, this one was a pain. They charge 250 dollar "deposit". They should hold that money and unhold it upon check out. But they actually charge it and I have not receive my money back. Location is good.

They cancelled my reservation after my check in time and forced me to find another hotel last minute and waste several hundred additional dollars. It's ridiculous and ruined my evening.

Waste of money
The experience of booking was terrible. I could not check in because I was told it was because I never paid a deposit. At no point was this presented as being required. Only after paying it over the phone was I given my check-in info. In addition, I did not see anywhere that it was a “contactless” check in, it was only after I checked the IG profile did I see someone post and mention it. When I asked a JURNY rep she said it’s in the fine print so could have been easily overlooked. When I pulled up to the place another couple was stuck at the entrance door due to the same reason of not knowing it was contactless and needing to pay by phone a deposit to get their access codes. Next my room was not ready at the check-in time. I waited 30mins outside of it for cleaning to be completed. Still, the floors were sticky, blanket had stains, the bathroom smelled like a wet dog, and there was no body soap and I therefore had to use hand soap to shower. Furthermore, the floor going into the bathroom was busted, window could not close so the evening was loud from the street noise, and the shower head was also broken. Such a terrible waste of money. Didn’t feel safe, was not relaxing and it was filthy.

We didn't realize that we were getting a condo-hotel at the time of booking. So no daily cleaning, no fresh towels and inability to store luggage were disappointing. The room was also very small, and there was no space to hang clothes.

The bed frame in my hotel was so old that the wood was splitting in multiple areas. On night 3 the bed frame totally collapsed and broke as I was sleeping. My back has been experiencing soreness and tightness since then. Really unsafe and would not recommend this place
