Nice and clean apartment. Need a code to enter the elevator and your room. I think there are some permanent tenants that live in this building, and other units are available for rent. The front desk staff is very nice, but English skills are a bit lacking. The rooms are small-ish, but our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers were able to sleep comfortably. My main issue with the property is the distance from the subways. After spending 10 days in Japan, I've realized that the old adage location, location, location, is everything. The property is about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. After a long day of walking, coming home to a 15 minute walk in the cold rain can be pretty miserable. Otherwise, the property is affordable, clean, and definitely as advertised.

This is an absolutely amazing Hotel. The level of thought that has gone into the room setup and operation of the hotel is nothing short of Incredible. Would highly recommend! We were a family of four and it was perfect.
