Water Tower in the Redwoods - Just Five Minutes To Historic Mendocino Village

Water Tower in the Redwoods - Just Five Minutes To Historic Mendocino Village

10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely love this property. It’s in a perfect location surrounded by redwoods yet less than ten minutes from town. The best of both worlds. The property is attached to the hosts home. Separate entrances. They are very nice and very helpful. The water tower property is two stories with about ten stairs outdoors that you’ll have to use when you carry luggage, shower, use the awesome hot tub or make morning coffee. The owners have thought of everything. They have suggestions, written pamphlets and binders with ideas for recreation, restaurants, history and state parks. There are little extras everywhere inside and out that make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The property is immaculate inside and out. The most awesome part besides the location is the amazing larger than life daisy flower on the ceiling of the bedroom. It’s spectacular. Just as beautiful as every window showing the forest in all its glory. Big thumbs up to the hosts and their unique amazing property. Highly recommend."

Quiet Cabin on 5 Acres Minutes From Mendocino and Ocean

10/10 Excellent
"This is the nicest Vrbo you will find. It is secluded, quiet, peaceful, and good for your soul. Property is walking distance to Jackson State Demonstration Forest! It was really hard to leave the property at all, but I did make a couple of quick trips to Fort Bragg and Mendocino; both within a few mile drive. The cabin is fully stocked, spotless, with a lot of attention to detail. If you take the time to read the guest guide you’ll find a charming story of how this all started out. What a coincidence that Lindy is originally from Ventura! I had minimal contact with the hosts, but another really nice touch was the welcome basket with goodies! Such a thoughtful gesture. You can tell that Jake and Lindy care about their guests. That means a lot. Only regret was not enough time booked. I will absolutely be back when visiting the Norrh Coast, without hesitation. Kudos to Jake and Lindy for being such outstanding people and sharing their ideal little slice of paradise with others."
