Excellent Stay!
My family stayed at this property for a week. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. We experienced a few maintenance issues during our stay and the owner responded promptly.
The house is in a great location, about 20 min from Beale Street and other tourist attractions. The surrounding area nearby has shopping, dining, and entertainment.
If I could leave half-stars, I'd give our stay 4.5 of 5. This is only because of the access to the house. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but we were only given one key to the house. So, we had to manage our comings and goings so that someone stayed at the house or the person with the key arrived/departed so that others in our group didn't have to wait outside. Access would have been easier with an electronic lock. Also, the overall locks on the front and rear entry doors need attention. Our key didn't work on the front deadbolt and the front wood door had a pop lock, so we felt a little vulnerable there. Otherwise, great stay! I will book again if we are in the area.
