「This was a wine business trip to check in with Oregon wineries and introduce growers to our newest sales reps. The home location and layout was just what we were looking for. Well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook and serve for a crowd each night. The proximity to Harvest Fresh for last minute add-ons for dinner was ideal. 「House is beautiful and perfect and beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the extra touches such as high quality linens and towels that smell fresh! Kitchen was well stocked for our holiday cooking. Loved the short walk to 3rd street! Like many small towns on the west coast - McMinnville has a homelessness problem and the property’s close proximity to downtown places it very close to those issues. There were some characters in the neighborhood but we did not experience crime. 」

「We stayed there for a couple of nights and had a great time. The house is small but cozy. The livng room has a lovely and comfy couch, and the kitchen is big enough to cook for a family, kicthen table is a little small but we made it work! The mattresses are extremely comfy which is always a big PLUS! It's in a calm residential area. Can park 2 cars in the front of the garage plus one small inside. Overall great place to stay for wine tasting in the Willamette Valley!」

「My co-workers and I enjoyed the property. This is a great rental at a good price (bring extra dining tables and chairs if you have more than 6 people or plan to eat out). Not sure what the winery season price is but the off-season was very reasonable. Plenty of parking available and the driveway is a flat, easy safe walk for those wanting to take a hike after a meal or get some exercise.」
