Charged by Expedia. While checking in charged again. Was told the Nordic Inn did not deal with Expedia and I would have to contact Expedia get a refund. I explained my reservation was made by Expedia. Staff did not care and refused to contact the manager.
Through persistence staff eventually contacted the manager and my card was refunded. Talked to the manager the following day. She did not want here our concerns and brushed us off.
The price paid to Expedia was fifty dollars more than The Nordic Charged us?
Not sure if Expedia or the Nordic Inn is blame? I am sure it was the worst experience
I have ever had at a motel!
