「Die Wohnung war gut für 2 Personen und die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern war gut. Jedoch gibt es absolut keinen Service, nicht mal eine Zimmerreinigung war mitinbegriffen. Wir haben für 3 Wochen gebucht und eine einmalige Zimmerreinigung kostete Extra. Sehr schade.」

「Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

「Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind, 8 Jahre, eine Woche hier verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Ganz besonders toll war, dass unser Sohn auch beim Füttern der Kühe mithelfen durfe und auf dem Traktor mitgenommen wurde. Auch der Hofhund Nello war ein toller Freund zum Spielen. Little dark walking passes at night, but the buses come frequently and also train come 2-3 times every hour, and about 7 min walk from the train station, 4 min from the bus stop」

「Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. 」

「There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. 」

「Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. 」
