Cozy and quaint. The beaches are 10 minutes away and by far the most beautiful on long Island. No crowds or waiting. Lovely small beach town. Come fish or lay in the sand. Take long walks with your family or friends. Great restaurants close by

This place has perfect location to walk to beach, such a cozy home. Although we came at tail end of the residual storm flow from hurricane Ian, and road was slightly flooded- we we able to navigate easily in our rental car. Gps was not our friend but when i contacted owner he was so nice! When i return to New York i will never stay anywhere else but here again!!

Just what you need for quiet beach stay
Really nice location there's a quiet marina across the road, other than that you're surrounded by nothing but tidal wetlands so it's quite private. From the front porch you can see across the bay to the campground at Smith Point Park on Fire Island. Deer, other wildlife, fishing nearby. Quick drive or bike to the ocean beach. Convenience stores about 5 minutes away have everything you need. House features a queen bed for two adults and an L-shaped couch which was large enough to sleep two younger kids. Kitchen is large and excellent. Nice front porch and deck with fire pit. Some things in progress e.g. inoperative outlets in bed and bath, need door between kitchen and bedroom, plumbing/shower could use a bit of work but all in all I would return to this rental, especially for the price. Helpful owner.

House is a work in progress but is in a great location to get to the beach and other nearby locations. Great communication with owner who is quick to respond and works well with you to work out any issues you may have.

a nice little comfy cottage. Very remote, that took some getting used to. Also, I'm still trying to update my stay there and get a refund for one night that was cancelled, but there's a breakdown in communication between the host, VRBO and Expedia.

Interesting experience
Host is very nice, quick response on issues. This rental needs a lot of cleaning and TLC. Do call for exact direction, Google map leads to a dead end road.

Cozy and Tidy place to stay on Eastern LI - So close to the water!
Santo's place was just right for our visit to family on Eastern LI, Although we had a hard time finding it due to google maps and waze! You will want to talk to the owner before you drive there - to get accurate directions. It was just my adult daughter and I and the place had everything we needed. It has a small bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, full kitchen, and comfortable living room. My daughter slept quite comfortably on the couch. We didn't use the outdoor firepit - but it certainly looked inviting. We also didn't cook - but the kitchen looked to be well appointed. We did make coffee, and that worked great. I'd stay again, especially in the summer!
