「We had an issue with an extremely noisy room (due to the location), but the staff were excellent in moving us to another room (which was completely quiet). They could not have been better/nicer in addressing the issue right away. Great customer service!」

「タイムシェアの営業プレゼーテーションはほぼ強制的に聞かされるが、これは余計だった。それ以外は施設も清潔で、快適に過ごせる。ロケーションは悪くないが、国立公園側に行く際は必ずガトリンバーグの街中を通り、渋滞に巻き込まれる。ピジョンフォージ側からホテル敷地に入る際、道を渡るが、信号が無く、入りづらい。」

「Very beautiful property. Staff friendly, bar and dining at the hotel. Pricing was a lit high but food tasting was great. On weekend hotel had many guess causing difficulties to finding parking spaces.」

「This is such a beautiful hotel! I love Margaritaville hotels. It was upscale, clean, wonderful decor & smelled nice. Rooftop deck pool. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. You can walk to food, shopping, and attractions. It was awesome! Our room was very nice with a balcony overlooking a river. I was very impressed and definitely will be back. 5 star recommendation!」

「Our room and the lobby and pool areas were very clean. There is some construction being done on the property, but everything besides the supplies you'd expect to see during construction/remodel was great. I'm sure once construction is complete the parking lot will be re-striped so it is easier to figure out where guests are supposed to park. Overall we enjoyed our stay!」

「My husband and I had a really great stay here! The room was extremely clean. Even ran into them mopping the elevator and breezeway. The patio was nice. The staff was nice. Breakfast was your basic continental. The breakfast attendant was very nice with a welcoming smile. The man that checked us in was also pleasant. It’s near everything, but kind of at the end so it’s quiet. You could still walk to a few places to eat if you needed to though. The fireplace was nice in the room. Only complaint...

「ロケーションは最高それ以外は問題一階の部屋の窓の鍵が壊れロックできない部屋を変更する様依頼して渋々変更したがシャワー等の部屋の備品も殆ど壊れている部屋のドアに前の宿泊者から忘物があると張り紙があった。治安も問題」
