「A family of 5 adults but we received only 1 very small roll of toilet paper so I asked for more but we had to pay for additional. There were only 2 drinking glasses in the room and I received a bill for bottles of water that I did not order nor receive. The aircon was broken, it was freezing cold so we tried to adjust the temperature, the aircon thermometer showed 27 degrees but the real temperature in the room was about 16 degrees.
