"Een prima woning in het mooie Emilia-Romagna. Een perfecte uitgangspositie om naar Bologna, Modena of het nabijgelegen natuurgebied te gaan. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, met het OV raad ik het af. De woning is goed uitgerust en erg netjes. Bed slaapt prima en de keuken biedt precies wat je nodig hebt. Wel een nadeel: de omgeving. Helaas voor de verhuurder kan hij hier niets aan doen. "It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

"What I loved about Bologna when I visited last year was the small alleys filled with lively pubs and restaurants. This led me to choose this unit which was literally on the doorsteps of some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. My only caution is that being on the doorsteps means that some of the noise filters upwards into the unit until a bit after midnight. "My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. "Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay."

"The hotel was very smart, our room was huge (we only booked a basic standard) Breakfast had a large selection of food and drinks. The hotel is a bit out of the city but there is a bus stop about a 3 minute walk away that can take you anywhere in Bologna"
