The view was very nice but otherwise not a great location if Sorrento is your focus. It's Far from the train station and Sorrento with limited and expensive transportation. The bed was hard. The tile floor was very cold. The shower was cramped and cold because the door doesn't close all the way. We were there in November and the dining room was not serving other than for large groups on tour.

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff and service. Wonderful location with easy access to the square. Don't forget to visit the rooftop bar with amazing views. Loved staying here!
