「We had a very nice stay at this Villa. It's just as advertised, well maintained, clean and easy access to the beach. The beach is worth the trip! Absolutely gorgeous!We had a problem withvthe golf cart, but by calling Maria, we had a new one cery promptly! I would highly recommend this condo. 「This property was located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches! We have been to the Abacos before, but this was our first time to Treasure Cay. Ivan, the host, was fast with communication and helped us with all questions. He even helped to coordinate transportation to the Green Turtle Ferry one day. Our kids loved the beach, and spent many hours in the pool as well. There was more than enough space for our family of 4, the second bathroom being a great bonus. Would definitely stay...

「3/20-3/30/2025. Beachside Escape is steps away from one on the most beautiful beaches in the world. Combine that with a very comfortable. well-appointed and equipped villa, with helpful, on-site staff, and you have a real winner. We've been to TC 5 times, and to Beachside Escape twice. Yes, there was a hurricane a few years ago, but much has been rebuilt, all for the better. We highly recommend this villa, with all the niceties of home, and a very responsive host.」

「Upon arrival we were given the wrong unit number & code after hauling 4 people's luggage upstairs to an occupied unit. Around this time the owner sent us the correct unit & code. When we arrived at condo we didn't have electricity or water until 9pm that night. Someone said it was due to the fires on the island but we learned this is a reoccurring event. 「We volunteered with Helping Hands in Abaco for 3 weeks After which we needed a few days of R & R. This is the perfect place to walk the beach, Kayak above the turtles and watch the thunderstorm. We really enjoyed it and have plans to come back.」

「If you are looking for a nice and peaceful vacation and don't care about a lot of nightlight time activities, then this is the place. Really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful beach. Easy walk along the beach to a nice place for lunch. Enjoyed island hopping to Elbow Cay and Green Turtle Cay. Crystal clear waters. We will return! 」

「This little community of villas is private and quiet making for a very relaxing, slow-paced getaway. The beach is one of the most beautiful we’ve been to and a very short walk from the villa. You will have no trouble finding a perfect spot as it is not crowded. The ocean is calm and clear. While we are beach people and spent most of our time there, the pool is also a nice place to lounge and spend an afternoon. The host was fabulous and we do recommend. We plan to stay again. 」

「The cottage was exactly as it was described and pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. Having a golf cart for the week was perfect. We used it for 9 days and only burned 2 gallons of gas. There are super nice beach chairs and umbrellas that were so great to have. We brought home all clean clothes, due to having a washer/dryer, which made unpacking a breeze. 「Beautiful house, best beach, everything you need. Easy and fast communication, couldn’t have asked for anything more. The island itself still shows the devastation from the 2019 hurricane, but is beautiful and lush with vegetation. Roadways aren’t the best, there are electricity blackouts 1-2 times/day but who cares when you’re laying on the beach or kayaking or watching the dolphins right out your back door! 」

「The house was right across the street from the beach. A short walk with lots of beach to yourself. The house was more than well equipped for our group. We had a lovely stay for our party of 12. The only issues we had were cleanliness of the pool (tons of sand in it) and never saw a pool company come by to clean. I wish the pool was heated. We came the first week of April and while it was warm outside, the wind made it very cool and the pool was cold.we rented a boat (highly recommend) to island...
