Checkin was straight forward. As soon as we entered the property there was a foul smell of drains throughout the unit and the unit had not been cleaned appropriately ahead of our arrival. We reported several issues within 24hrs and a cleaner and maintenance man arrived following day. The problems did not end there however. I will not list them here, but will conclude by saying the unit requires maintenance throughout and deep cleaning. Internet service was terrible which hampered the TV streaming services provided. Comfort level is not good, the sofa and beds are small and mattresses and pillows are poor quality, the window blinds are not blackout so from 0530am the unit is lit up with daylight. No iron board or iron are provided. We have stayed in McKinley before and was very impressed with the previous unit, unfortunately this experience was not the same.
