Sehr zentral gelegen. Leider nicht ganz barrierefrei. Zuwenig Lichtquellen in der Wohnung, z.T. zu indirekt, zu wenig Leuchtleistung oder defekt. Für die Waschmaschine wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung wünschenswert. Batterien der Fenseh-Fernbedienung müssten erneuert werden. Auch nur spanische Programme. Trotz alledem für einen Aufenthalt gut geeignet.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Meinung! Wir werden auf jeden Fall die Batterien wechseln und Anweisungen für die Waschmaschine geben. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Tatsache, dass es Programme auf Spanisch gibt. Wir versuchen, in allen Wohnungen Smart-TVs zu installieren, um das Problem zu lösen. Wir hoffen, Sie bald zu sehen! Good afternoon, first of all thank you for your opinion. We are so sorry that you didn't like our service. For the checkin we have an office where to come to pick up the keys, that normally is maximum 10 minutes walking from the apartment so it is for this that the check-in at the apartment has an extra cost (it is an extra service). For the linen, we've left in your apartment but you wanted some extra so we offered you to come to the office and take extra linen for free or to bring them to you for an extra price. Also for the baggages, we're sorry but this are our conditions. We hope to see you again and that you'll give us a second chance. Best regards H2M Team

The Apartment is lovely and in the center of town. It is good that the windows are duble glased for downstairs in the street the partying goes on till about 6 o’clock in the morning and than the city starts nearly at once it’s very thorough cleaning.

Bien situado y adecuado para dos personas, una de las sartenes no estaba utilizable. Deberían cambiarla. El wifi falló una tarde, el ascensor es la puerta del apartamento y estuvo todo un día sonando la alarma, la caldera está sobre el vater y goteaba. Al hacer el Check-in preguntamos si podíamos dejar las maletas en la oficina el último día. Nos dijeron que sí y cuando fuimos a dejarlas nos quisieron cobrar 5€ por 2 horas.

L'appartamento in calle Velazquez è molto bello, moderno! Collocato proprio nel centro della movida, se non si è dotati di tappi è difficile dormire. Non particolarmente adatto a 4 persone... Dormire su quel divano letto in due è stato un po' complicato.. Ma per il resto lo consiglio! Siamo state molto bene. Un grazie a Daniel che, oltre al check-in, si è preoccupato che il nostro soggiorno a Málaga stesse andando bene e se ci servisse qualcosa, gentilissimo!

Appartement was op een drukke locatie. Trappenhuis werd nooit schoongemaakt. Kakkerlak zagen we vanaf dag van aankomst tot dag van vertrek. Het personeel daarentegen was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een nederlands sprekend personeelslid was een mooie toevoeging aan hun personeel.

L'hôtel on a même pas vu car l'appartement a été changé la veille de notre départ donc stress horrible. On a donc été obligé d'accepter l'autre logement qu'on a pas choisi. Canapé lit complètement hors service ni pour s'asseoir ni pour dormir, la fenêtre avec un volet cassé donc bruit terrible vu qu'on a habité au centre. Et tout ces désagréments étaient impossible à régler malgré nos mail... Ignorance total de clients.... Dommage car à part de ça endroit magnifique hôtel logé près de centre etc... Quel gâchis..

Central location but neighborhood was pretty shady

While the location was central the neighborhood was a bit shady. Check in process was painful. The first apartment we got has heavy construction activity up front. We could not get our baby’s stroller into the entrance because of the construction. Had to walk to the office with all of our bags and spend an hour there to change the apartment

De kamer zag er erg verzorgd uit en het contact met de organisatie was super! Via Whatsapp of bellen kregen wij meteen antwoord op onze vragen maar ook tips voor de omgeving. Alleen hadden we problemen met de föhn die niet goed werkte. Verder alles top!

Thuis tussen de Malagueños

Mijn studio, midden in het centrum in de oude stad, voelde al snel als thuis. Klein (vooral de douche), maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Incl. wasmachine, oven en magnetron (niet gebruikt) én airco en wifi. Bed vond ik minder prettig. I.c.m. de de bars en terrassen onder mij waren de nachten geen onverdeeld genoegen. Maar, de vriendelijkheid en snelheid van de medewerkers op afstand - Holidays2Malaga city appartments beheert heel veel accomodaties in Malaga - maakte alles goed. Zelden zoveel klantvriendelijkheid ervaren. Ik bewaar de allerbeste herinneringen aan mijn week Malaga!

Loved it! Will definitely stay again :)

We stayed in a studio apt. in Malaga with our two children and were really pleased with everything. The location was perfect - right in the centre of cafe's restaurants and shops with a 15 minute walk to the beach. The meet and greet was great. We booked a taxi from the airport via H2M as our flight was a late one and we were shown door to door with a quick tour of the apt so we knew where everything was with complimentary coffee for our morning cuppa. There were plenty of towels, beds made up (even the sofa bed - which was actually very comfortable) and the kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed for the week. The apartment was excellent value for money and H2M have promptly refunded our good housekeeping deposit. Will definitely book again!! Thank you H2M for a stay that was exactly as advertised!!

Het appartement lag naast een skybar en in het weekend was het luidruchtig. Met oordopjes goed geslapen. Het appartement zelf was mooi en had alle voorzieningen en een mooie ligging in de oude binnenstad.

There are some fees for late check in

We did not really stay as we could not make the trip to Malaga. Only thing I want to say is that be aware of some extra fees in case of late check in.

Ottima sistemazione nella costosa Malaga. Perfetta l'accoglienza. appartamento in centro, con i pro e i contro che ne conseguono. Si va ovunque a piedi, zona molto servita. Ma certo dormire alla notte non è cosi facile considerato che la gente fino alle 6 di mattina rimane in giro e non si limita certo negli schiamazzi...

Le plus déplaisant c’est le bruit extérieur jusqu’aux petites heures du matin et les voisins du dessus. Il manquait d’outils de cuisine. Bel appartement, confortable et bien situé.

Partendo dalle cose positive: posizione all'interno dell'area pedonale (centro storico), appartamento dotato di tutto per cucinare e lavare, molto grande, con qualità del sonno ottima e con vista notturna spettacolare della cattedrale di Malaga. Di negativo c'è che l'indirizzo che si trova al momento della prenotazione è quello degli uffici, quello dell'appartamento viene dato al momento dell'arrivo su una cartina e tanti saluti. Il volo doveva arrivare alle 20:00 ma, causa ritardo, avevamo le valigie in mano alle 21:00; telefoniamo e riceviamo la risposta che gli uffici chiudono alle 22:00 per cui in caso di ritardo ci devono aspettare ma al costo di 15 euro. Appena arrivati ci fermano il deposito su carta di credito e incassano i soldi della prima (e unica) pulizia appartamento. Nessuno ci ha accompagnati e nessuno era presente quando ce ne siamo andati, per cui la gestione del deposito è lasciata alla totale fiducia reciproca. Ultimo: le condizioni e gli arredi erano decisamente da battaglia.

Ciao! Grazie mille per averci valutato L'ufficio è al massimo 15 minuti dai nostri appartamenti, motivo per cui solitamente effettuiamo il check-in e consegniamo le chiavi, scusate se è stato un inconveniente per voi. Poiché l'ufficio chiude alle 22:00, ci deve essere una persona specifica che li aspetta di notte in più. Per quanto riguarda il deposito, lo restituiamo sempre automaticamente il giorno della partenza, ma potrebbero essere necessari alcuni giorni prima che l'account appaia a seconda della banca. Non proprio quello che mi aspettavo

L’appartamento prenotato era in una zona molto centrale e comoda ma essendo su una piazza c’era molto rumore fino a tarda notte e caos presto la mattina. Inoltre l’appartamento non era quello prenotato perché dalle foto gli arredi e la struttura dell’appartamento erano completamente diversi. Dallo scarico del bagno gli ultimi due giorni saliva odore di fogna e non era il massimo farsi la doccia con quell’odore. Un giorno è anche saltata la corrente ma per fortuna abbiamo trovato subito il salvavita e ripristinato la corrente da sole. Il personale è stato gentile perché ha comunicato via sms con noi per assicurarsi che tutto fosse ok ma chiedere 5€ per il deposito bagagli mi sembra assurdo. Viaggio tanto e una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa. Inoltre quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni sul caminito del rey, sapevamo che quando i biglietti sul sito sono esauriti c’è un ristorante che li vende ai suoi clienti e volevamo averne conferma, l’addetto al Check-in ha ignorato la nostra domanda cercando di venderci la loro escursione al caminito a un prezzo non proprio economico. Ovviamente abbiamo rifiutato l’offerta e abbiamo sentito il ristorante che come sapevamo ci ha fornito gli ingressi. Capisco che ognuno cerchi di vendere i propri servizi però se un cliente fa una domanda specifica non si può non rispondere. Piuttosto dimmi “non lo so, però noi proponiamo questa escursione a questo prezzo”. Tante cose da migliorare.
