I am not please with your refund. I will tell you why:
I book for 1 night becose I wanted good rest for my family and I as I had planned to drive 250+km to malacca. The room I booked was promised 3 beds. Instead, I was held hostage by your unscrupulous hotel to settle for a much lower room at the same high rate after a long tiring drive. How do I find an alternative hotel at 6pm on a SATURDAY?
So I had to agree to the low, dirty room, but that was after calling Hotel.com. They didn't even want to give me a room initially. This hotel wannabe is not worth a star. (What had you guys done to confirm my room in the 1st place?) I didn't get much sleep, because I gave most of the only bed space to my wife and 2 yr old baby. Next day, I had to drive 250+ km back to Singapore after I complete the purpose of needing to be there with my family - which is prayer rites to my deceased relative.
Now, I didn't get rest I needed and drove for long hours after that, spent the money for nothing, wasted my time there as I could have been better off in Singapore, and my family had a very stressful night stay.
And oh yah, one last thing, the receptionist keep talking about Agoda.com, and stressed the rooms they had reserved for 2 Agoda bookings coming later than me that evening. You seem nobody to a 3rd rate hotel wannabe.
P.S. please keep your voucher, you can use it on low-class hotel that thinks you are 3rd-rated booking app. I'll take stress-free stay any day.
