「So the room itself was clean and tidy but the building was not quite what we expected. It was run down and looked a bit of an eye sore. Staff was nice and room was good though 」

「The building doesn’t look like a hotel. The sign was not well lit. They are doing renovations which look like they will be nice. Breakfast was underwhelming. The room was clean and large. Be careful when heading out of town towards Greenville, GPS may send you to a dirt road that is private property.」

Location on phillips lake was a plus. It is only a 45 minute ride to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park.. we are hoping to come back in the summer」
