「This is an old hotel but the friendly staff and the great breakfast make up for any short comings. We did have an issue with the room being cold when we arrived and it took a while to warm up.」

「We stayed one night - January 26. I came up from Boston with my adult child who had to take a training at the Maine Maritime Academy in Castine. Being January, everything in Castine was closed - no hotels, nothing. this was the next closest place. I was very pleased. THe room was pristine. Looks like brand new carpet and flooring. The room and bathroom were immaculate. THe beds were very comfortable and the towels were of high quality. 」
