"Great location for commuting or wanting to be in a walkable place to see manhattan, time square etc. Bug rooms compared to other hotels. There is a per night hotel fee so don’t be surprised. I thought the staff and customer service was amazing here! They heard any concerns I had. They looked after me and my family there! The concierge was great. I would recommend this hotel. "My second time staying at this combined hotel and love the area and amenities. My only con is the elevators. In the mornings, the wait times were extremely long…and when they did arrive to your floor, they were packed."
