「I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. 「This apartment was just what I needed for my long weekend trip. Except for the party nearby on Friday night, which I didn’t mind because the music was great, it is surprisingly quiet. 「Great stay, with all you need to make basic meals, sleep comfortably and be in the heart of Manhattan. Communication with our host was easy, directions to find the apartment were clear and we ate several great meals within blocks of our apartment. Everything you need is here, so don't hesitate. 「My coworker and I chose this place since it was only two blocks from Hunter College where we were working this week, and it was absolutely perfect for our experience. We had more than enough room, we were very comfortable, and the owner and our communication with them was very friendly and accommodating. The property does not have an elevator, and the owner does mention this so we were aware, but that was the only difficulty. 10/10 experience regardless, would stay here again!」

「This apartment was incredibly quiet and well-located. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the express line, making it super easy to get around. Having a supermarket right next door was extremely convenient. The kitchen appeared to be fully stocked, even though I didn’t cook during my stay. 「Loved the location, super clean, easy check in and out. great space/size, unbelievable views! Host response was great. One note: one bedroom the heat was "iffy" and had to use a space heater. I think that should be mentioned in the listing, especially in January and especially if traveling with young kids. Neighborhood was great - loved Black Seed Bagel right around the corner. And Oscar Wilde is so close, a holiday must see!」

「While the room itself was in good condition and the host was responsive when I arrived (2 guests) there was only one towel awkwardly hanging in the closet that was soiled and the only additional towel was in the shared kitchen cabinet (still only 1 towel) additional guests left dishes around in kitchen that smelled and upstairs neighbors had a extremely loud party that lasted until 8am!」
