"Na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel s danými cenami docela dost drobných zklamání: nepříjemná recepční, nefungující klimatizace, plíseň ve větráku v koupelně, stropní lampy visící "na půl žerdi," okna bez sítí proti komárům apod. Hotel má určitě na to, aby si všechny své hvězdy opravdu zasloužil, prostředí hotelu i okolí je krásné, těch drobností je škoda. Snídaně OK vzhledem ke koronavirovým opatřením, ale bez nich by to bylo další zklamání, zvlášť u hotelu s vyhlášenou kuchyní. Ceny v restauraci dost...

"Wir sind planmäßig angereist und mussten feststellen, dass das Objekt bereits vermietet ist. Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar. Seine Eltern bedauerten das sehr, konnten uns aber nicht weiter helfen. Die Buchung wäre nicht eingegangen. Wir hatten aber die Bestätigung über Fe-Wo direkt bekommen und das Quartier bereits bezahlt. Es wurde uns keine Alternative Unterbringung angeboten oder organisiert. "Everything was fine. Excellent and friendly service Two suggestions to the manager: 1. This category of hotel usually offers tea/coffee facilities in the room- keep this standard 2.The bed was quite uncomfortable- two single mattresses of poor quality . On a king or queen bed- put a matching mattress not two put together "

Pytloun City Boutique Self Check-in Hotel

"Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying. "
