Overall property is in ok condition. Originally reserved a single king bed, but requested two doubles upon arrival. Although available, i was told they couldn’t make the change since I reserve through Expedia. Fair enough. No big deal. So I requested a rollaway bed, but none were available. Again, not a big deal. Finally, requested extra pillows and blanket. No extra blankets available so staff gave me a pillow and mattress protector. Very odd, but at the point, I just accepted it as there was a language barrier and I wasn’t getting the support I was hoping for. Once we got in the room, I immediately noticed that the blanket was dirty with dry food as if someone wiped their hands all over after eating. There was no effort in hiding it as it looked the bed was made with a blanket from the previous tenant. Went down to the front desk to request a clean one and they gave us the only thing that was available which was a blanket with the outer layer falling apart. Sigh. Next day, my wife was able to request a rollaway bed for an extra fee. Again, not happy with that but whatever. We came back at the end of the day to see that it was delivered to room, but no bed sheets, blankets or pillows were included. SMH. We ended up buying our own pillows and blanket at Target. We didn’t even attempt to get the free breakfast because I couldn’t get myself to be more disappointed in our stay here. Never, ever again. 1 star do not recommend.
