This former firehouse has been converted into the perfect place for a short stay or longer-term visits to beautiful Lubbock. The property boasts a private upstairs bedroom with a super comfortable queen size bed and attached full bathroom. Follow the original steel staircase downstairs and you'll find a spacious living room with a 55-inch Roku equipped TV, comfortable couches that double as a second sleeping area, and classic wood walls that add to the character of this place. Please note that if you do plan on having a third guest you will need to be comfortable with them using your upstairs bathroom as this is the only one located in the property. A full kitchen is also located downstairs with everything you need to cook and eat homemade meals. This property also has a coffee maker for those early mornings with plenty of coffee available for all guests. In addition to the above, the property has a full laundry room, game room with Ping Pong Table, and a private fenced in outdoor patio area that is accessed through the overhead garage door that used to let in the old firetruck. Parking is available in the gravel/dirt driveway located on the south side of the building by the gate or on the street directly in front of the house on either side. DO NOT park in the concrete driveway west of the house. Make sure to park in the direction of traffic to avoid any tickets if parking on the street.
