「This resort was everything my husband and I wanted for a last minute relaxing getaway! I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! From the second we arrived, we were greeted so nicely, felt serene, and instantly relaxed. Great food options, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, property, pool & beach all fantastic! 「It is a property in the keys so keep that in mind. It is a bit ran down. But the room was nice with space to spread out in. The low review is for the lack of seating around the pool and beach area. The chairs and loungers that were there were falling apart. And there weren’t enough. There is a nice restaurant / bar to walk to. 」

「The ocean view from our room in building 5, on the third floor was amazing! We liked being near the beach and the pool. The pool was clean and well kept. Our suite was clean and comfortable. One of the showers had an issue with the handle that controls the temperature. There was also not usable cutting board. Other than those two complaints, everything met or exceeded our needs. 「Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do.
