「Incredibly noisy to the point where I slept on the couch. The 2nd bedroom window provides zero protection from the sound of the HVAC systems directly below it. The noise fluctuates in pitch and loudness making it impossible to sleep. It sounds like a truck is idling right inside your bedroom all night! The apartment is lacking maintenance in some areas such as the bathroom. Otherwise, it's nicely furnished and practical.」

「Really great option for being close to everything in Baton Rouge. Only issue was got water on my second day wasn't working. Nice appliances and ac and it was nice decor and comfortable. Lots of room as well and good TV and Internet.」

「My husband, myself and 8 year old son stayed for a few days to go to an LSU baseball game and just explore around Baton Rouge. Great location and so peaceful at the house. Comfy beds, and we loved being visited by the owners pet cat, Pinky and dog, Georgia! We will definitely be back!」

「Great, clean and easy to access apartment. We stayed for a lsu football game and was a short walk to campus. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had some issues that was 100% our fault. I would definitely stay again for a weekend game!」

「The property comes at reasonable price and is well connected with the bus routes. Close to LSU and plenty of stores, gas station and food options near by. The location is okayish. The house is clean and well maintained with fully equipped kitchen. Yes cooking is possible here. Thanks to the manager/ owner for being very responsive and accommodating last minute extension of the stay. 」

「The property manager was very quick to respond and left great directions on how to access entry. The apartment had musty smell like it had been closed up for too long, but the apartment was fairly clean and good to use. The location is close to all kinds of places and alarm system is there to set while there and gone. Security seems to be an issue for the area. 」

「Came to town for the state wrestling tournament and wanted a spot close enough to the Canes Center to walk and this was perfect! Left town with a state champion, so all-in-all, a good trip!」

「Pleasant stay and room was very clean!」

「Excellent location for a quiet retreat, surrounded by horses, friendly dogs, chickens. This was the perfect place to unwind after long days at work. 」

「Convenient to River Center, museums and a variety of good restaurants. Unit has everything needed for a 5 day stay. Mathernes Market on the 1st floor was a pleasant surprise. Anything forgotten, even good breakfast can be purchased there.」

「Absolutely gorgeous property! Peaceful, quiet, and a very friendly, sweet kitty who visited daily. The house was very pretty, stocked well, and the elevator was a fun touch. Only concern was that a significant number of items were out of service including the claw foot tub, bedroom door to outside and indoor fire place which were done of the points for us to select this place. Additionally, even locked, the front door can be easily pushed out pulled open meaning no security.」
