「The house is an excellent place to regroup and enjoy a quiet piece of Spain with friends. The backyard is wonderful and the house layout makes it easy to have space to be together. Seville is a 10-15 cab ride away or a longer bus ride. There are bars and restaurants around but to really "tapear" you need to go farther. Cooking was a challenge as cookware and basics were minimally supplied.. Nice place, just don't think of it as downtown Seville.」

「We decided to stay at this location with our large family of 8. Unfortunately, the entire house smelled of gutter and we saw several roaches. The first night, we had to kill them ourselves. I have photo proof. They proceeded to spray the first floor with pesticide and the extra folks had to cram into the two rooms that didn’t have roaches and clean up the dead bugs and roaches ourselves. 「Overall everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The sleeping arrangements are abit weird, in 2 situations you have to walk through someone’s “room” to get to another bedroom. This made it awkward, so look carefully at the photos and stitch the layout together beforehand. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay. The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back. The interior design is very modern, and takes a bit of getting used to, but after a day or so we quickly adjusted. 「The pictures make the property look better than it is. Also it’s located in country side area with very narrow bridges to get there. Also the host locked 1 room so it’s better to clarify with the host how many room you will get. Also the bedding and sheets had a distinct smell to them.
