Our home is conveniently located one block away from Long Beach Memorial Hospital and 8 minutes away from downtown Long Beach, the Aquarium, Queen Mary, and the beach.

Beautiful Place
Our host was very easy to contact and made the check in and check out process very easy. They had very clear instructions, and overall just nice. The home was beautiful, and way more space than I thought accommodating my family very nicely. Definitely recommend and would stay here again, thank you again for hosting us.

The best house in a questionable neighborhood
There’s an expression start with shaving cream before you start to shave. Meaning lather on the praise before you cut into the negatives. So that’s what I’ll do! The Host; great, responsive communication. Took care of everything, clearly communicated directions / instructions. Even had a hiccup at one point and he quickly took care of it. 5/5 hosting. The living quarters itself, inside the house it was 5/5, super nice bedrooms, spacious and 2 bathrooms that were well renovated. Also air conditioning in every room, big deal in California! Nice kitchen and dining area as well. 5/5. Security: if you care about this, cameras with multiple angles outside and around the property, secure gate for the exterior of property and deadbolt for door. One way in, one way out. Did I feel secure, yes. Parking; two reserved spaces near the entrance to the property, tight fit, one way alley. It’s fine, not ideal but it works. There is parking in front of the house, though the streets are packed! Parking 4/5 for two or less vehicles, 3/5 for 2+ vehicles. Finally Neighborhood: now I had several guests with me from diverse backgrounds and we unanimously agreed the area is kinda sketchy. Im not here to discuss the why, that’s just what we felt. We had some nice run ins, but also some questionable ones with folks. All in all, can’t beat the price, great location in relation to greater Long Beach. So if you’re fine with putting up with the area this is a fantastic choice.

Perfect Stay
The house was perfect for us all (8) It had 5 queen beds and the couch also pulled out into another bed as well. There was plenty of space for us all to sleep in comfortably. And it was very nicely decorated as well. We had great communication at all times as we woukd get checked on to see if anything was needed.I would highly recommend this house and location to anyone looking for a place that's conveniently located not to far from beaches.

Very Nice
Booked it for my daughter and son-in-law and four grandkids (all teens) when they came to visit. Very nice place. Some great amenities and well maintained. Scott, the host, communicated all the check-in details very clearly. Parking can be a bit tricky if you have a large vehicle, but at least it came with two spots, which made it doable. Well worth the price to have a comfortable place for the family.

Pleasant place
Our stay was quick for a wedding. Scott was really quick and very nice to talk to. His property is well thought out and easy to find. The inside bedrooms are very large, but the main living room kitchen area was smaller than anticipated. But it was worth it.

We all agreed that we would try to book this place if we came back to Long Beach, and we do hope to. Chose the home because it was close to some restaurants we wanted to visit, and a few tourist attractions. Very comfortable beds! Lots of pillows! Nice kitchen, very well stocked with appliances and utensils— but we only used the microwave and coffee maker😎 “Adam” liked going out to run in the area and “Jose” found a place to skateboard. — I was pleasantly surprised with the very few tasks we were asked to do when readying for checkout😎
