This newly constructed Spanish-style one-bedroom ADU with a private yard is located in the center of Los Angeles, in the Historically Preserved Carthay Neighborhood.
Our home is fully furnished with brand-new appliances and finishes, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a rainfall shower, smart TVs, and a private yard. We are in the heart of LA and a short drive from all the major attractions and shopping centers. We aim to please each of our guests and are here for anything you need! Hope to see you soon!

Booked unit 1 for a weekend , it was very comfortable , it’s a cute little one bedroom apartment. It is on the owners property just in the backyard. We did not mind but I know many people prefer their privacy . The neighbors are friendly and it seemed like a safe neighborhood overall. The address is different than the one listed on the booking. I had trouble finding my itinerary since Expedia is working with other third party companies ,I had to contact Expedia support and they were the ones who redirected me with the third party and I was finally able to get my itinerary the day of the booking . That part was tricky but other than that we would consider booking again. Thank you for having us !

The property was in good condition. Some red flags were that the address was different from the one listed in the app. Host sent me a message with the correct address. Parking is on the street with permit but very limited. And the property shares the front yard with other guests and I believe themselves and they had a party while our stay. A kids pool was left in the walkway for the rest of our stay so we had to jump it. Messaged host asking about taking the trash out and didn’t get a respond until the next day. Not enough supplies like toilet paper.
