There are two oversized primary bedrooms with modern ensuite bathrooms and king beds and two additional large bedrooms with queen beds shares an ensuite bathroom. Crisp luxurious linens and pillowtop beds provides a restful sleep and recharged for the next day. Super plush towels and quality bathroom amenities provides a relaxing bath and shower.

Kitchen is fully equip with new high end appliances, Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods, waffle maker, cookware, serving ware, dinnerware, glassware and flatware for 8.

Home is complete with smart TVs, high speed internet, laundry, 8 seating dining table, large private balcony, sound system, luxury beddings and towels. Ample parking for 4 cars.

Only a pet under 20 lbs is allowed during stay. Pet must be house trained and is not allowed on furniture, pool and cannot be left alone at any time. A non-refundale pet fee is collected. Please review house rules for pet and children.

For your protection, exterior security cameras are located in the front and back of the property.

This home is located on Pacific Coast Hwy. and guests are subject to residual traffic noise from the highway and waves crashing. A noise cancelling machine is provided to mitigate the noise. Bedrooms have skylights so guests are advised to bring personal eye mask if the morning light bothers them. Adult guests will be required to sign a pool liability waiver at check-in.

Other things to note :
No refund will be issued for unused nights or changes to length of stay.

The property cannot be used by more than the number of guests listed on the reservation without prior notification and consent from Host. A $500 fee for violation will apply.

Replacement cost of permanently stained linens and towels or lost remote openers will apply.

There is a $400 fee for violation of non-smoking rule.

Parties, events, commercial photography/film are strictly prohibited unless authorized in advance by Host. Immediate removal from the property, no refunds and $1000 fee for violation will be impose on the stay.

Should the property be left in unusually poor condition, additional cleaning fee of up to $400 or actual cost of extra cleaning service will apply. This includes treckking in sand into pool.
