Note: The oven door handle is damaged and we are waiting for a part to arrive. It is still usable, but we have also added a countertop air fryer oven for guest use.

To ensure everyone's convenience, there is a full bathroom with a tub and dual sinks dedicated to the queen and twin bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, offering modern amenities such as a dishwasher, gas range, fridge, microwave, drop coffee maker, pour-over coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all essential cooking and baking utensils. Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We'll accept your request to book, but, the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Also, we have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Update 2/15/24: We apologize, but due to damage to the oven door, it is currently inoperable. The stove is still functional though. We have also placed a countertop air fryer for your use until a replacement oven door has been delivered.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable during your stay and are available as much or as little as needed throughout your stay. We are happy to provide local recommendations throughout your stay!
